Crisp salad greens tossed with garden vegetables in Italian vinaigrette.  Garnished with pepperoncini, thin sliced salami and shredded mozzarella cheese


Entrees (Choice of one entrée each)

Scaloppini di Pollo Parmigianino
Breast of chicken breaded, pan seared, and baked with Mama Gloria’s red sauce provolone and mozzarella, served with linguine

Cod Puttanesca
Pan seared cod filet with diced olives, capers, tomato strips and garlic. Cooked in a light tomato sauce and served over pappardelle pasta.

Risotto con Piselli e Ricotta
Creamy risotto cooked with sweet peas, tomato strips and ricotta cheese (vegetarian and gluten free) Chicken and Sausage Cacciatore
Sautéed chicken, Italian sausage with peppers, onion and garlic in a spicy marinara sauce. Served over rigatoni.

Homemade Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Sage
Homemade ricotta gnocchi sautéed in brown butter with pancetta and sage. Garnished with pecorino romano cheese.

Tuscan Style Mussels

One pound of steamed mussels sautéed with cannellini beans, shallots, sundried tomatoes, basil and garlic steamed in a light broth. Served with a toasted crostini and lemon wedge.

Bisteca Aglio Olio

Grilled 7 ounce, top blade, flat iron steak, sliced and served over fettuccine pasta. Tossed with sautéed wild mushrooms, parsley, shallots, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.

Pappardelle Bolognese
Fresh pappardelle pasta with a classic Italian meat sauce, finished with a drizzle of white garlic truffle oil and pecorino Romano cheese.
